收件及退貨

本店提供多種收件方式,包括:

➊順豐速遞 —— 送貨上門 

➋順豐速遞 —— 順豐站或順豐櫃領件

➌香港郵政 —— 櫃位領件

➍見面交收(免費)

——周一至日上午11時至晚上7時

——屯馬綫由元朗至南昌站沿線港鐵站,包括元朗、錦上路、荃灣西、美孚及南昌。

 

*選項➊至➌的郵費會於結帳時顯示,選項➍為免費

注意事項:

一旦確認訂單,你將無法更改或取消訂購的商品及數量。 若輸入了錯誤的送貨資訊,你可透過電子郵件 (info@superhughk.com) 或 Whatsapp (+852 6821 8339) 與我們聯繫,但不保證能及時更改。
 

換貨只限經速遞或郵寄運送的商品,而且商品或在送抵時已損毀。 選擇見面交收商品的顧客,請在交付時小心查收。手工製品、折扣瑕疵品和預購商品不設退貨或換貨。
 

如須更換商品,請在收件後七天內透過電子郵件 (info@superhughk.com) 或 Whatsapp (+852 6821 8339) 聯絡我們,並提供你的訂單編號、商品損壞的照片或影片以作檢查。
 

一旦確認換貨,我們將安排你在指定時間內退回商品。 你須負擔退收商品的運費及雜費,相關費用不能報銷。
 

退回商品時,建議你使用可追蹤的郵寄服務。 所有退回的商品必須保持原狀,包括包裝及標籤。
 

若因商品的品質問題而換貨,我們將透過你最初購買時的相同運輸方式重新發送商品,並承擔運費。
 

若因決貨而無法換貨,我們將就損毀商品全額退款,但不包括購買時所支付的運費。
 

如有任何爭議,SuperHug保留最終決定權。

Delivery options at SuperHug include:

➊ SF Express - Home Delivery

➋ SF Express - Self-pickup at SF Stores or SF Lockers

➌ Hongkong Post - Self-pickup at designated locations 

➍ In-person collection (free of charge) - Available Monday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Along the Tuen Ma Line from Yuen Long to Nam Cheong stations, including Yuen Long, Kam Sheung Road, Tsuen Wan West, Mei Foo, and Nam Cheong stations.

 

*For options ➊ to ➌, respective postal fees will be displayed at checkout; option ➍ is complimentary.

Important notes:

 

Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot change or cancel the ordered items or quantities. You may contact us via email (info@superhughk.com) or Whatsapp (+852 6821 8339) in case of incorrect input of delivery details without guarantee of changing. 

 

Exchanges are only available for damaged items that were delivered via express or postal service. Customers who choose in-person collection should carefully inspect their items upon receipt. Handmade products, discounted defective items, and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To request an exchange, please contact us via email (info@superhughk.com) or Whatsapp (+852 6821 8339) within seven days of delivery with your order number and evidence of damage and defects to the qualified items. 

 

Once the exchange has been confirmed, we will arrange for you to return the items within a set time frame. You are responsible for all return shipping and miscellaneous fees. We will not pay or reimburse these fees.

 

When returning your package, you are recommended to take the necessary precautions by using registered and trackable services. All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

 

For a quality issue-related exchange, we will resend the new items via the same shipping method as the original purchase, with us bearing the shipping costs.

 

If the exchange item is currently unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the item's price, excluding the shipping fee. 

 

In case of any dispute, the decision of SuperHug shall be final.
